Beyond his professional achievements, Shawn and his wife, Deirdre, actively support A Better Chance of Westport(ABC), a program that empowers academically gifted students from underprivileged communities. In his downtime, Shawn enjoys reading, cooking, boating and spending time with his wife and kids.
Andrea has over 25 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, starting her career with Weatherby Healthcare before joining TeedCo. in 2004. With a solid foundation in accounting, she also oversees the finance and operations departments, ensuring the company’s smooth and efficient functioning.
A graduate of the University of Bridgeport, Andrea is deeply committed to her community. She serves as a board member for The Friends of the Norwalk Public Library System and is a Justice of the Peace. Residing in Norwalk, Andrea enjoys gardening, following UCONN Women’s Basketball, and cherishing quality time with her family.

He has successfully worked with a diverse range of organizations, including large national firms, hospital systems, and boutique recruitment agencies.
Joe is known for providing personalized support to every candidate and client he partners with, combining his role as a career counselor and client account manager to ensure the best possible outcomes. His dedication to fostering strong, meaningful connections sets him apart in the field.
An active member of national recruiting organizations, Joe stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. He resides in Westchester County with his family, where he enjoys balancing his professional and personal life.
Sheila is committed to supporting physicians across emergency medicine, pediatric emergency medicine, urgent care, family medicine, and those serving in federally qualified health centers and critical access hospitals. Outside of her work at TeedCo., Sheila enjoys paddleboarding in the warmer months, immersing herself in nature, and competing in cornhole tournaments. She also has a deep passion for photography.
Kelly has been an integral part of TeedCo. for almost 10 years, providing marketing and strategic support to the team. She previously worked in the marketing departments of Weatherby Healthcare and CompHealth, bringing a wealth of expertise in client engagement and branding.
A graduate of Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications, Kelly plays a key role in facilitating support for both clients and candidates alongside the consulting team.
Outside of work, she is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
