Teed & Company is built on a long history of client successes and partnerships. This history began with the Company’s President and Founder, Shawn Teed, whose 25 year career to date reflects relationships fostered from residency through staff level to directorships and chair leadership positions.

Shawn began his career specializing in Emergency Medicine Physician Recruitment at Weatherby Health Care in the early 1980s. In the year 2000, Shawn founded Teed & Company, a firm engaged in the permanent placement of physicians and mid-level providers in all medical specialties nationwide. Shawn, along with other experienced professionals, has developed a team of account executives, recruiters and researchers whose expertise has grown in successfully matching the best candidate to the right facility.
